All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Annual savings compare RM3,500 with 12 monthly payments of RM399 (RM4,788). Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.

What exactly am I subscribing to?
Subscription access to Orella Music Video Player, a desktop application for managing music video playback in a venue. It includes library search, playlists, scheduled genre rotation and a song request queue. This is a digital software service provided by Orella Sdn. Bhd.; it is not a hardware purchase.
What do I need to use Orella?
A compatible Windows or Mac computer, speakers, a display for video, and music video files you are authorised to use. Orella uses VLC for playback. Contact us to check your equipment and arrange setup before subscribing. Internet access is required for activation and periodic licence checks.
Does the subscription include music licences?
The advertised price is for the player software. It does not include ownership of music or video, a licensed music catalogue, or public-performance rights. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for the content and venue in which you use it. Songs and artwork in the screenshots are demonstration content, not an included catalogue.
Can I switch between schedules and requests?
Yes. You can queue requests, change their order and remove them. After requests finish, Orella resumes the previous playlist or scheduled playback. You can also see the current track and its progress in the player.
How do renewals, cancellations and refunds work?
Your plan renews automatically at RM399 each month or RM3,500 each year until cancelled. Email soyadj@gmail.com or call +60 16-222 7851 before your next renewal to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Read the full policy.

About the service
Orella Music Video Player is operated by Orella Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia (“Orella”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to subscription access to our music video player software. Contact us at soyadj@gmail.com or +60 16-222 7851 for product, account or billing questions.
Your subscription
The monthly plan costs RM399 (MYR) per month. The yearly plan costs RM3,500 (MYR) per year, paid annually. Both provide access to the player’s library search, playlists, genre scheduling, music video playback and request queue. Hardware, media rights and public-performance licences are not included. Confirm system compatibility, the activation arrangement and any applicable tax with Orella before payment.
Billing and renewal
Payment is due at the start of each subscription period. Your selected plan renews automatically at the stated monthly or yearly price until cancelled. We disclose the billing frequency and total charge before you authorise payment. Contact Orella to arrange a subscription; this information website does not take payments. Any change to your price or plan will be communicated before it takes effect.
Use of the software
Keep your account and activation details secure. Use the software only for lawful purposes and with content you are authorised to use. You must hold the music, video and venue permissions appropriate to your use. Do not redistribute the software, share activation details without permission, circumvent access controls or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
Access and support
The service requires compatible equipment and may require internet access for activation and licence verification. Availability can be affected by maintenance, your device, your network or third-party services. Contact us if playback or access fails. Access may be suspended if a payment fails or the software is misused; contact support to resolve the issue.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewals by contacting us before your next billing date. Access continues through the paid period. The Refund & Cancellation Policy below forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

Information we use
When you contact or subscribe to Orella, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, venue details, support messages, billing references and subscription status. The desktop player uses a device identifier or serial number to validate software access and may record operational and licence-check information.
This website
This page is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare performance measurement is enabled by the hosting configuration and collects information about page-load performance. See Cloudflare’s data collection information. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing cookies to this page. Email and telephone links open the relevant service on your device; they do not submit information through a website form. We do not collect or store card numbers on this page.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, set up and manage subscriptions, activate software, provide support, resolve billing issues, protect the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Service providers involved in hosting, communications, software licensing or payment processing may handle information needed for those purposes, including outside Malaysia. Payment information is handled by the payment provider used for your transaction.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Reasonable safeguards help protect it, although no online system is completely risk-free. To request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where relevant, or ask a privacy question, contact soyadj@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

03Refund & Cancellation Policy+
Automatic renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at RM399 (MYR) every month. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at RM3,500 (MYR) every year. Renewals continue until you cancel.
How to cancel
Email soyadj@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel my Orella subscription”, or call +60 16-222 7851. Include your subscription email or account reference so we can identify your subscription. Contact us before your next renewal date to stop the next charge. Orella will confirm the cancellation.
Access after cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
No refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including charges for a renewal period that has already started and any unused portion of a monthly or yearly subscription, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling does not refund a payment already made. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access the software, contact support with your payment reference so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.
04Digital Delivery & Support+
Digital software access
Orella supplies access to software. No physical goods are shipped under these subscription plans, so physical shipping and product returns do not apply. After successful payment, Orella coordinates software setup and activation with you using the contact details supplied. Confirm your setup appointment and expected activation timing with us before subscribing; activation is not an instant download from this website.
Equipment and content
You need a compatible computer and your own display, speakers and authorised media. Orella uses VLC for playback. Contact us to confirm compatibility and the setup you need. Software fees do not purchase music or grant content or public-performance rights.
